Many magazine tested this question , but it seems because carbs always won they stopped doing it and most online articles are gone.

The bottom line seems to be that a carb can make a little more power and EFI can get a little better mpg over the long term.

The saving are going to take a while to pay for the EFI system, so most people buy EFI for other benefits, such as easy starting or simply because it is a more modern technology
